General Return Information

At Keour, we strive to ensure our customers are always satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it according to the policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 20 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiation: To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Packing: After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and include your proof of purchase or receipt, and the RMA number.
  3. Shipping: You will be informed of where to send the return. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item was delivered defective or the wrong item was sent.

Refund Process

  • Upon Receipt: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.
  • Refund Timeline: Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
  • Notification: We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
